Since 2003 our company founder/ inventor Dr. Duane E. Cox wanted to improve Ni-Ti Rotary files. His third invention as of 4/3/2007, U.S. patent number 7,198,486  to be made commercially available is an upgrade to the Ni-Ti rotary files. The upgrade makes the files easily retrievable and reusable.

About Dr Duane E. Cox, D.M.D.
	Dr. Cox is a 1975 graduate of the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. For the past thirteen years, he has focused on providing endodontic treatment in group practice settings. For the past eight years he has worked on dental inventions and is the inventor of the INSTI-DAM. ZIRC Company has been manufacturing and marketing the INSTI-DAM since 2000.
